Get the pattern control, atomization and transfer efficiency you expect from a premium spray gun; all while helping to drive more consistent spray performance across each job, every day. 3M Performance Gravity HVLP Atomizing Heads are available in 0.9, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2.0 for spraying a wide range of industrial and automotive coatings, including high-viscosity coatings, sprayable fillers, high-build primers, primer surfacers, sealers, single-stage top coats, solvent-based paints, waterborne paints and clearcoats. The replaceable nozzles are used exclusively with the gravity-fed 3M PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System, which helps to reduce material waste, mess and contamination compared to traditional metal paint cups. Forget about tearing down spray guns and soaking in solvent. Our complete, integrated spray system is your path to smarter cleanup. The atomizing heads attach to the 3M Performance Spray Gun needle and are tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially-designed locking collar. No additional tools required for changeouts. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun, and either appropriately clean the fluid tip or replace it to keep your spray gun performing like new.
